Sourcing Terms

These terms apply to airbag and SRS-component requests submitted through AutoCore Airbag Brokers. By submitting a request, you ask AutoCore to search for a matching part and provide an available option when one is found.

Requests and sourcing

A submitted request does not reserve a part or promise availability or price. A transaction is not final until the exact unit, price, shipping, condition, OEM identifiers and other written terms are confirmed.

Fitment and safety

Vehicle year, make and model are search aids only. The buyer and installing professional are responsible for confirming VIN compatibility, OEM part number, recalls, programming requirements and lawful installation. Supplemental restraint system parts must be handled and installed by a qualified professional in accordance with manufacturer procedures and applicable law.

Requests and communications

Submitting a sourcing request authorizes AutoCore to call the mobile number you provide about that request. Customer confirmation texts require the separate, optional SMS-consent checkbox. A request does not enroll you in marketing texts or AutoCore's internal owner-alert program. Email is optional. You agree to provide accurate information, use a mobile number you control and not misuse the site.

Customer confirmation texts

When you actively select the unchecked “Text me a confirmation” box, you agree to receive one automated, non-marketing SMS from AutoCore Airbag Brokers acknowledging that inquiry. The message contains your request reference and a thank-you. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting an inquiry or purchasing any product or service. You can submit the form without selecting this box.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also request help through our sourcing form. Text delivery depends on service availability and your carrier; a saved inquiry remains valid if a text cannot be delivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Repeated submissions may be limited to prevent duplicate texts.

SMS privacy

AutoCore does not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Notice for how request details and consent records are handled.

Internal owner alerts

The sole authorized recipient of internal website-inquiry alerts enrolls separately at autocoreairbags.com/sms-alerts. The owner provides their mobile number and must actively check a dedicated, unchecked SMS-consent box before confirming enrollment. This internal program notifies the owner when website sourcing requests are submitted; it does not send these internal alerts to customers or website visitors. Message frequency varies based on request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Changes and review

AutoCore may decline a request and may update these terms for future use of the site. Transaction-specific written terms control if they conflict with this page.
