Privacy Notice

This notice explains how AutoCore Airbag Brokers handles information submitted through the public sourcing request form.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, required mobile number, optional email address, vehicle details, VIN, OEM part number and the part information you submit. If you choose customer confirmation texts, we retain the exact consent language, its version and the time you consented with your inquiry. We also record the text attempt time, submission status and service-provider message reference when available. For internal SMS-alert enrollment, we retain the authorized mobile number, affirmative consent language and time consent was recorded.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, search for a matching part, contact you about that request, prevent misuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. If you separately opt in, we use your mobile number to send a text acknowledging that inquiry. A sourcing request does not enroll you in marketing texts or AutoCore's internal SMS-alert program.

Referral information

When you submit a request from a campaign link, we may save its source, medium, campaign and content labels with your request to understand which outreach brought it to us. We also record when you accept the request form's terms and contact permission. This does not enroll you in marketing messages.

When we share it

We may share only the details reasonably needed with service providers or parties involved in responding to your request, or disclose information when required by law. We do not publish buyer contact details or VINs.

Mobile and SMS privacy

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to deliver or secure request-related communications on AutoCore's behalf. Customer confirmation texts are one message per opted-in inquiry, subject to duplicate-message limits; internal owner-alert frequency varies with inquiry volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages or HELP for help. You can leave the optional SMS-consent box unchecked and still submit an inquiry.

Retention and choices

We keep information as reasonably needed for brokerage, security, recordkeeping and legal purposes. You may contact AutoCore to request access, correction or deletion; some records may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security

AutoCore does not publish submitted buyer requests. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so avoid sending payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive data through the request form.
